Al Franken Vs. Norm Coleman Goes To A Recount

In one of the year's most vicious electoral races, a massive recount will decide whether Al Franken has ousted Republican Senator Norm Coleman in Minnesota. With 2.9 million votes cast, the margin between the two candidates is an incredibly tight 1,123 votes, with Coleman in the lead. Minnesota law calls for an automatic recount, although Coleman has criticized Franken for not conceding and thus waiving his right to one. For months Franken has attacked Coleman as corrupt while Franken has been painted by Coleman as lewd and anti-family.
