Scientists Learn To Selectively Delete Memories

U.S. and Chinese scientists believe that they have successfully erased specific memories from the brains of mice, while leaving all other memories intact.Applied to humans, the process would open the door to the selective removal of traumatic, unpleasant, or otherwise undesirable memories from people's minds. How is it done? Via a "chemical-genetic method" that deletes specific proteins known as "memory molecules." I'd try it, but wouldn't want to run the risk of losing the memory of that delicious burger I had yesterday.
